Trevor has a passion for leadership development and brings his skill as a top-level coach, his experience in organisational consultancy and his thorough understanding of the psychology of personal change to the area.
Experience
Trevor's extensive experience lies in executive and senior management coaching – this includes the delivery of 1:1 and team coaching along with whole-organisation coaching interventions and training coaches.
Trevor is highly regarded in his understanding of leadership development at personal, interpersonal, managerial and whole organisation levels. He has also worked in other areas such as:
- the rigorous development of team mission, vision, values and instrumental behaviours
- helping teams develop
- systems of performance management and measurement
- team formation and team development;
- enabling managers to recognise and overcome personal and interpersonal blockages to effectiveness.
Trevor is guest lecturer on Leadership for Anglia Polytechnic University’s MBA Programme and works
abroad in encouraging Corporate Social Responsibility. He is the author of The 18 Challenges of Leadership (Pearsons 2004).
