Sandra specialises in helping leaders and senior management teams to identify and implement commercially-focused actions to meet current demands whilst proactively planning for the future. Experience
Sandra has worked across the public and most private sectors, large and small organisations.
As an accredited coach, she works with senior and middle managers and professionals providing one to one coaching as well as enhancing team working and delivery.

Industry experience
Sandra has over twenty six years experience gained as an internal and external consultant (vor the Metropolitan Police and Hay Management Consultants Ltd respectively). Principally, this has been in helping her clients to plan, implement and sustain necessary and ‘leading edge’ change, both large scale and more focussed.
Qualifications
Having qualified as an Occupational Psychologist with general chartered status, Sandra also has an MBA and marketing qualifications.
