Peter Wall

Approach

“I have a real passion for helping individuals and groups to unlock and realise their full potential.”

Peter’s  fascination with the power of coaching and personal development as a way of enhancing performance grew steadily over the first fifteen years of his career and eventually led to his becoming licensed to deliver internal coaching skills courses. He believes that when combined with a real focus on delivering practical, tangible outcomes, it is the key to creating high levels of engagement and sustainable, high performing organisations.

Experience

Peter has more than twenty-five years of practical management experience to draw on, initially from a marketing perspective and then subsequently in quality management, strategic planning, product development, HR and then finally leadership and organisation development.

He subsequently made a natural transition into the human resources arena where he gained further experience of an even broader range of leadership development and organisation change issues.

Industry experience

Peter has worked with a diverse group of clients from a broad range of sectors including an NHS Trust, The Home Office, a major UK charity, an international manufacturing/engineering business, an energy supplier, a railway company and the police force at senior/board level.

Over the years, Peter has conceived and co-delivered a host of leadership and organisation development interventions for a number of organisations including Jaguar and Land Rover – winning the accolade of Outstanding Workplace of the Year in the 2006 UK National Business Awards.

Qualifications

Peter gained his external coaching accreditation (with the School of Coaching/University of Strathclyde) and subsequently worked at a deeper level as an individual and team coach with senior leaders within Europe, USA and the Far East.

In 2007 Peter decided to focus full-time on individual and team coaching across a much broader range of sectors.
