Approach

As a leader Peo achieved his successes through finding and attracting talented people, then setting ambitious targets together with them. From this firm foundation he was able to inspire them to become as good as they can be.

Experience

Peo has worked in leadership positions within multinational businesses for almost 20 years and has put together, and led teams that have surpassed preset goals.

By virtue of his background Peo has a highly developed sense of working at a strategic level, as well as with personal development in holistic ways. As a coach and facilitator Peo listens both to the spoken and the unspoken; his communication is honest and characterised by humour.

Industry experience

Today Peo provides the people in organisations with deep personal and professional insights and encourages goal-oriented action. He is a member of the faculty at the School of Business, Economics and Law and the School of Sports Science at the University of Gothenburg, where he lectures in coaching and leadership. With over 15 years of experience in coaching processes, projects and people, Peo also delivers leadership programmes, facilitates team processes and offers one-to-one dialogues with leaders who want to move on to new levels.

Qualifications

Peo holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Physical Education Teaching and English Language Education from the University of Orebro, and more recently completed a Master of Science in Coaching and Development from Portsmouth University.

He also has a degree in Applied Psychology from the Gothenburg Institute of Psycho synthesis. Furthermore he is certified in Lego Serious Play, a means to develop strategic processes in small groups and at all levels in the organisation.
