Experience
Nicki is a highly-experienced development professional who has worked with the ex-Dean of Ashridge Business School for a number of years to design and deliver leadership development programmes for one of the leading City law firms. She has worked in the publishing sector for over 7 years, being responsible for the design and delivery of a hugely successful leadership development programme at Penguin UK. Alongside the development programmes she is an expert executive coach, working with all levels of senior managers and those seen to be important talent for the future.
Industry experience
Accredited to use MBTI and an NLP practitioner, Nicki uses a wide variety of approaches and pratical experience to meet the needs of her clients and has worked with long-term clients in investment banking, publishing, media and blue chip companies. Her portfolio includes Goldman Sachs, Penguin Group, BT and BMW. More recently, she has branched out into the public sector and is currently coaching senior people at the Department of Constitutional Affairs, HMRC and the Treasury to help deliver personal and organisational imperatives.
Qualifications
With qualifications in fitness and exercise, she brings energy and charisma to her work, alongside a passion for continuous learning and personal development. Nicki’s approach to organisational consulting and developing leadership potential in senior executives and associates is to act as a catalyst for change. Curious, questioning and challenging, she has a pragmatic approach and a commitment to individual potential that gets results.
With a degree in human psychology, specialising in group dynamics, organisational and clinical psychology, Nicki has worked in business consultancy and development for 10 years. She recently set up her own business so that she could create a way of working that she feels can best add value to her clients and their development.
