We provide everyone who attends one of our programmes with the option to get electronic learning shots on a regular basis.

Electronic learning shots might include:

• podcasts
• articles
• diagrams
• models
• research or questionnaires.

Each learning shot is bespoke to the needs of the programme group; we tailor them based upon participant feedback and personal learning plans. The aim of providing these learning shots is to help to grow and embed the coaching or leadership skills which were first nurtured during the intervention.

These regular updates keep participants informed of emerging trends and help teach progressively more advanced levels of theory. They can also serve as a regular reminder of an ongoing commitment to learning and development.
