Do you want to further develop your coaching skills?

Are you or one of your team interested in developing your coaching skills further and/or becoming an accredited coach?

The Performance Coach are pleased to confirm dates for our next two open programmes starting in April:

• Foundation Coaching Skills, on 25th, 26th and 27th April. This is aimed at leaders wishing to develop their style to embrace a 'coaching approach'.
• ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching, on 25th, 26th and 27th April, with workshop 2 on 17/18th May and workshop 3 on 13th July. This is aimed at individuals interested in gaining a practical accreditation for their executive coaching skills.

The workshops will take place at Wotton House in the heart of the Surrey Downs, with easy access to motorway and airports. Find out more about the course venue here.

A recent report from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) suggests that 83% of organisations use line managers to coach staff.
