Experience

Judith is an experienced executive business coach who has worked with numerous individuals and teams in both the private and public sectors. She appreciates the difficulties and challenges that leaders face in improving performance, managing diverse people and finding ever more productive and creative ways to succeed in today’s rapidly changing, highly competitive marketplace.

Coming from a sales background, Judith’s interest in people development began when she worked at IBM, where amongst other things she ran training programmes, during which she would help individuals overcome their “technophobia”. This led to an abiding interest in people and psychology and to her training as a psychosynthesis psychotherapist in the USA where she lived and worked for 5 years.

Industry experience

Judith is a UKCP registered psychotherapist, and is an accredited CSTD coaching supervisor of business coaches, an Inspired Leadership Coach™ and co-director of the Zentrum fur Psychosynthese in Bern, Switzerland. She is on the Faculty of The School of Coaching, where she delivers both bespoke and public courses accredited by the University of Strathclyde and is on the register of coaches for the Clore Leadership Programme.

For 18 years she was the co-director of The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust, London, teaching on both the post graduate and MA courses. She also worked extensively in Switzerland, Holland and Germany teaching psychosynthesis. She was in private practice as a psychotherapist and supervisor for 25 years. Prior to this she worked for IBM, the Automobile Association and Jaeger.

Her coaching clients have included Egg, PWC, NHS, AON, Bank of Ireland, Zopa, EDF, Kingfisher, BHP Billiton, Jaywing, Deloittes, LTL, Lloyds TSB, Rolls- Royce and Zurich Bank.
