The Performance Coach is partnered with the charity World Youth Service & Enterprise (WYSE), a non-governmental organisation associated with the Department of Public Information of the UN. WYSE sets up a number of programmes each year to develop young leaders across the globe.

For a number of weeks each year, Charles Brook volunteers his services to WYSE and works with young people from many different countries to

     •    help them find their inner leader

     •    clarify how they can contribute as a leader in their own country

“It was one of the most moving things I’ve ever done in my life. All these different people from completely different cultures, from many countries – Kuwait, Egypt, US, Uzbekistan, Australia, Nepal -  talking about their differences – but also, above all, their similarities; and how leadership fits into that. They all come together and have amazing conversations about how they can all really make a difference in their own countries.”

We also work with the New Leadership Partnership, a not-for-profit organisation that works with businesses to help young graduates develop and to find purpose and meaning in the workplace.

Organisations involved include EDF Energy, P&G, Gazeley Ltd, Met Police, NHS and Penguin.
