Sandra Goddard

Having qualified as an Occupational Psychologist with general chartered status, Sandra also has an MBA and marketing qualifications. She has over twenty six years experience gained as an internal (Metropolitan Police) and external consultant ( Hay Management Consultants Ltd and independently). Principally this has been in helping her clients to plan, implement and sustain necessary and ‘leading edge’ change, both large scale and more focussed.

Sandra specialises in helping leaders and senior management teams to identify and implement commercially focussed actions to meet current demands whilst proactively planning for the future. She works in true partnership with her clients, developing tailored creative and practical solutions to meet their specific business needs. She has worked across the public and most private sectors, large and small organisations.

She is passionate about “making the ‘art of the possible’ happen” – through realising individual, team and organisation effectiveness and potential. As an accredited coach Sandra works with senior and middle managers and professionals providing one to one coaching as well as enhancing team working and delivery. Additionally, within the context of resolving business issues her work includes leadership development, senior/executive assessment, fair and rigorous recruitment and selection processes (internal and external), identifying competencies for peak ‘people’ performance, succession planning and performance management.
