For 18 years she was the co-director of The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust, London teaching on both the post graduate and MA courses. She also worked extensively in Switzerland, Holland and Germany teaching psychosynthesis. She was in private practice as a psychotherapist and supervisor for 25 years. Prior to this she worked for IBM, the Automobile Association and Jaeger.
Coming from a sales background Judith’s interest in people development began when she worked at IBM, where amongst other things she ran training programmes, during which she would help individuals overcome their “technophobia”. This led to an abiding interest in people and psychology and to training as a psychosynthesis psychotherapist in the USA where she lived and worked for 5 years.
Her coaching clients have included Egg, PWC, NHS, AON, Bank of Ireland, Zopa, EDF, Kingfisher, BHP Billiton, Jaywing, Deloittes, LTL, Lloyds TSB, Rolls- Royce, Zurich Bank.
