David Webster

David brings understanding of, and sensitivity to, a variety of different business environments.  His professional service firm experience comes from his time at Price Waterhouse; his operational management expertise comes from time with Forte plc, and being Managing Director of the School of Coaching for three years; and his marketing and business development edge comes from a period with the IBM marketing team based in London and with ITC International.  He has an MBA and is a Team Learning Master Coach.

Since 1994 he has been using that experience as a business consultant supporting organisations, first with ITC International, then with The Work Foundation.  He joined the Faculty of the School of Coaching in 1997, an organisation that aims to develop the coaching capacity of senior executives.  He led the School of Coaching as Managing Director for three years, and presided over a threefold increase in income and the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement.  The School is the leading organisation of its type in Europe.

David is a founder Board Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), which is setting standards for executive coaching and coach development.
