Since 1994 he has been using that experience as a business consultant supporting organisations, first with ITC International, then with The Work Foundation. He joined the Faculty of the School of Coaching in 1997, an organisation that aims to develop the coaching capacity of senior executives. He led the School of Coaching as Managing Director for three years, and presided over a threefold increase in income and the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement. The School is the leading organisation of its type in Europe.
David is a founder Board Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), which is setting standards for executive coaching and coach development.
