The Performance Coach was founded in 2002 by Charles Brook, who has coached senior executives and CEOs across a broad range of public and private sector companies for many years. Charles has a passion for enabling leaders to develop their unique leadership style; helping people be more creative with their thinking; and delivering on tough business issues that create breakthrough in performance.

Selecting the right coaches
It’s so important that a coach fits your company culture and way of doing things. Our team is made up of over 30 coaches representing many different personalities, styles and backgrounds, so we can ensure a perfect match between coach and culture.
Quality of coaching
All our coaches meet exacting standards of coaching experience and client service. Our MSC in Coaching and Development is used as part of our Coach Education Programme, and each coach is supervised and has a Continuous Professional Development plan. The Performance Coach is a founding member of The European Mentoring Coaching Consortium and is involved in setting the standards for coaching and mentoring across Europe.
Client service
A Project Manager is appointed at the beginning of the programme and will keep in close contact with you throughout, providing regular feedback and progress reports.
