As a performance coach and trainer, Gavin works collaboratively with individuals, teams and organisations to address the critical issues surrounding human performance and productivity, energy and stress management, and work-life quality using a multi-dimensional approach. He has dedicated much of his career to training and coaching people in support of them maximising their potential in both their professional and personal lives.
Experience
Gavin is an experienced performance coach and draws from his diverse background and wealth of performance coaching and psychology expertise in high pressure environments which include elite sport, financial trading and sales. He works around the world with world-class performers within the arenas of business, health, education and sport.
Industry experience
Gavin has more than 15 years of learning and performance experience, including his most recent role as Global Learning and Performance Manager for a financial services organisation supporting 12 global trading offices. He is considered one of the few modellers of trading performance and works with trading institutions to develop their traders and brokers and deliver on their performance goals.
Gavin’s technical background lends well to his involvement in projects focusing on the integration of new learning technologies to optimise learning and performance.
Qualifications
In addition to his first degree, Gavin holds a PGDip in Coaching and Development (currently completing his MSc dissertation). He is a certified Executive Coach, Mental Game Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. He is also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
