Damion is passionate about coaching leaders and teams to enhance their emotional intelligence, which he believes is the foundation for successful and effective leadership and peak business performance. He also specialises in working with individuals to make key shifts in their resilience, confidence and impact and influence.

Damion is an experienced executive coach, leadership development consultant, trainer and facilitator. He has over 15 years experience in learning and development roles within large blue chip organisations in the financial and professional service sectors.
Apart from coaching and coach development across the private and public sectors, Damion has delivered leadership development programmes at both regional and global levels for blue chip organisations. Recent leadership development assignments have been within the private and public sectors focusing on developing leaders' emotional intelligence and resilience.

Damion's most recent role was as Global Learning and Development Manager for a professional services firm supporting 10,000 staff across 40 countries.
He has over 15 years of industry experience and has expertise in talent management, emotional intelligence development, resilience and stress management, executive and leadership development and helping organisations develop coaching cultures and internal coaching resource.

Qualifications
Damion holds a MSc in Coaching and Development (Portsmouth University); is a Certified Heartmath 1:2:1 Practitioner; a Certified Master Practitioner in NLP and has a Certificate in Training Practice. He is also certified in the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi) and the BarOn Emotional Quotient -360 (EQ-360) tools.
He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
