Charles Brook is the Managing Director and founder of The Performance Coach.

Charles has a passion for enabling leaders to develop their unique and most impactful leadership style; for helping people be more creative with their thinking; and to deliver on tough business issues that create breakthroughs in performance.

Experience

Charles is the founder and Managing Director of The Performance Coach and is one of Europe's leading executive coaches. Charles specialises in working with chief executives and senior managers to help them and their teams deliver performance goals and personal targets.

Within the fields of leadership development and Consultancy, Charles helps clients develop sustainable leadership development interventions which focus on delivering business results.

Charles has a strength in working with International groups (including Europe, Asia, North and South America. 40% of his time is currently spent working outside of the UK.

He co-developed and was lead tutor for the highly successful and well established MSc in Coaching and Development with Portsmouth University Business School, which has been attended by senior staff across the public and private sectors.

Industry experience

Charles’s depth of experience comes from working with chief executives, board members and senior executives from a broad range of public and private sector organisations.

He was a founding board member of The European Mentoring and Coaching Council and Chair of the Membership and Marketing Committee.

He has also co-developed The Virtual Coach™, a widely known and used interactive CD-ROM that binds and reinforces coaching skills.
